General terms and conditions

Cancellation Policies:
As a small, 19 room hotel, we need to sell most of our rooms each night to stay in business. Unfortunately, we are not large enough to over-book as the major hotels do cover the “no show” factor.

However, the hotel is entitled to demand an appropriate advance payment upon conclusion of a contract. The guest shall be informed of the level and due date of this payment in writing.

We are interested to avoid every charge of cancellations and always we are taking pains to book the rooms again to other one. Please help and make a cancel soon as possible. Charged will be debited only for the nights who the room rest free!
